Annual general meeting

The club must hold its annual general meeting (AGM) by 28 February. Make sure you don’t miss anything important before, during or after the AGM.

A fruitful, efficient and enjoyable AGM

The AGM forms the basis of the club’s activities during the year. This is where new members are elected, and where members’ proposals for what issues the club should pursue are discussed and voted on. For this reason, it is important that the meeting is as good as possible and that members feel that it is rewarding and enjoyable. Start planning the meeting well in advance to increase the chances that your AGM will be successful.
