At the meeting, representatives from Unionen will explain the process of signing collective agreements. From getting your colleagues involved and getting more people to join, to negotiating with your employer and pursuing the issue together. 

The way forward

You will receive the knowledge and information you need to get started at your workplace. With knowledge and a great many voices, we can make the transition from words to action. The aim is for your workplace to be covered by a collective agreement.

For those working at a workplace that currently has no collective agreement.
