The e-course is aimed at those with a mandate to negotiate. The course will give you the knowledge you need to get started. The structure is flexible and based on independent study.
Eight stand-alone modules each concluding with a test
The basic trade union e-Course consists of eight stand-alone modules. Each module takes between 20–40 minutes to complete, and you choose the order in which you want to take them and the pace. Each module concludes with a test.

Once you’ve passed all eight modules, you’ve finished the course and have the foundations necessary to take several other Unionen courses.

For whom?
For those who are union representatives and have a mandate to negotiate, that is, are members of a club board or are workplace representatives with a negotiating mandate.
