Do you know the salary criteria, what affects salaries, and how the salary process during the year is organised?
Now you have the opportunity to become more knowledgeable and confident about how the work regarding salaries can be done in your workplace.
The webinar will be conducted in English online using Microsoft Teams, and will include group discussions. You will have the opportunity here to meet other English-speaking union representatives and exchange ideas and experiences.

For whom?
For English-speaking union representatives (Board members and workplace representatives with a negotiating mandate). If you have completed the Basic Trade Union Course (Facklig grundkurs) there is no need for you to attend this seminar.
