The Swedish Model and the Role of Union Representatives

This webinar is an introduction for those who are elected as representatives with a mandate to negotiate.
We will discuss here “the Swedish model”, what is governed by collective bargaining agreements, and what statutes and regulations you will need to be aware of. You will receive advice and guidance, as well as some tips, on how to approach your role as a trade union representative.

For whom?
For English-speaking union representatives (Board members and workplace representatives with a negotiating mandate). If you have completed the Basic Trade Union Course (Facklig grundkurs) there is no need for you to attend this seminar.
